Bought through eBay. Luckily, they were based in Aberdeen where I live. Customer service is spot on! They even delivered the seat covers to me using their own private vehicle.
Just a heads up to try and find someone professional to install the covers as they might be quite tricky specially for 9-seaters.

The seat covers are well-made, fit perfectly, and look great. Easy to install and clean, they protect the upholstery and enhance the car’s interior. Great quality for the price – highly recommended.

I ordered seats back in October 2024 and they had arrived in the expected time window. Easy enough to put on and they did look great. 2 of the seats however (and I did take pictures of everything and sent it to them prior to ordering) had arrived missing cut outs for pull cords on fold out seats. I had contacted them a couple days after the delivery to ask what was the best way to get them sorted and was informed it was passed to the complaints department and they were going to handle it. Jump to late January 2025 and I emailed asking the status to be informed they were chasing it up and would head back tomorrow. Now jump to end of April and still not a word.

So the working covers are great, but the fact I'm out of pocket for some faulty covers which no one is looking into brings down the rating. Mostly good word, poor customer service and follow up.

Update:
After reaching out again and posting my previous review I have since been given a partial refund to cover the cost of altering the seat covers locally. Raising review by 1 star to 3 stars for this but with the length of time to resolve and the fact they offer a set of seat covers which don't actually fit the seats in the brand and make they are offering seems a bit odd. Make sure ever single seat is photographed prior to order and note ever clip, pull cord, handle.

I very rarely leave reviews but I just can not speak highly enough of Lux-Ride - everything is exactly as you would want from a company: very keen price, quick production and delivery times, high quality product and absolutely outstanding communication and customer service throughout.
The covers themselves are without doubt the best fitting seat covers I have ever purchased, the fitting instructions are easy to follow and once installed they don't look at all like cheap aftermarket covers, they could easily be mistaken for factory fitted seats!
Before production I was contacted as my vehicle had 3 different seat configurations, to ensure the covers produced were right first time for the seating layout I had - nice touch to save any issues after delivery!
I would recommend anyone to buy from Lux-Ride, you certainly won't be left disappointed!

I purchased a full set of these covers after seeing them in a car and they are so well made for each make and model of motor. When fitted they look so good you cant tell the seats are in fact covered. Dont be fooled by other so called cheap fit any car covers as these are perfection. Great customer service and delivered on time. I would deff purchase again in the future.

Very happy with pre-sales support from Maciek. We discussed the product and its suitability for my car.
The product was despatched and received within 24 hours and its a great fit for my e-class estate.
I’d highly recommend Lux- Ride.
